Finding Purpose In Growing Together 2018

Our identity as God’s children is validated in the love we have for one another. This love should result in an environment that induces one another toward spiritual growth.

Do Something Different

The Perfect Church 2018

Big Idea:  Scripture tells us that the perfect church is a reality. Our definition of the perfect church has just been the problem. Do Not Worry

Show Offs Aren’t Spiritual

Jesus speaks to the spiritual show-off within us, and says cut it out or you will be left out. In drawing this point out he gives us examples of spiritual show-offs in three areas, and prescribes the proper corrective for each. If we struggle with the desire to be applauded for our spirituality, he gives us steps to deal with that desire.

Matthew 6:1-18

Forget What You Heard

You’ve heard the cliche “out with the old, in with the new” right? Well, that doesn’t apply here. Jesus did not come to remove the law; actually his arrival improved the law.
