Do Something Different

The Perfect Church 2018

Big Idea:  Scripture tells us that the perfect church is a reality. Our definition of the perfect church has just been the problem. And since we have erred in defining what the perfect church is, we further err in determining those things that are really important to the life of the church.  This is what Paul has to say about the perfect church.

If we struggle with the desire to be applauded for our spirituality, he gives us steps to deal with that desire.
Matthew 6:1-18

Forget What You Heard

You’ve heard the cliche “out with the old, in with the new” right? Well, that doesn’t apply here. Jesus did not come to remove the law; actually his arrival improved the law.
